I called and he said he would come out that afternoon or the next day and 3 days later he still has not come out. Very bad business.

I called and spoke with Mr. Atkins several times he stated he was coming right out and never showed up Mr. Atkins stop answering my phone call but when my Caucasian realtor called he answered immediately and advised her he would come out and help with the plumbing issue. I called just to follow up and again he never showed nor called. This is bad business. My understanding is that he only does this with people of color.

They do not return phone calls and they do not keep their promise. We did not get on the same page regarding the appointment time. They could not work with the people they got there. I did not get a bill for anything. I would not recommend them to anybody I know. They are not professional and do not do what they say they are going to do.

We've used Akins Plumbing for about 13 years, first when it was owned by his father, Jimmy, and Mike was doing the work and continued to use Akins after, Mike took over. On the holiday we lost water pressure and found a huge gusher near the water meter next to the driveway. I called and Mrs. Akins got in touch with Mike right away and he arrived at our house promptly. He dug up the pipe and replaced the broken section. I'm sure it took less than an hour total.

Repair plumbing. Unfortunately, they no longer are reliable. I've called and make appointments on more than one occasion and they do not respond although they indicate they will.

Excellent work and very courteous.
