It was a little bit more expensive, but it is what I wanted.  It wasn’t a lot more expensive.  He has an assistant who was working with him most of the time.  When they were doing all that they had taken off all the moldings and I was going around taking off the insulate down in between the drywall and the flooring before the molding went back up.  I would see gaps in the floor boards underneath the hardwood floors.  So she just went under the house and noticed that there was water dripping and called it to my attention and it is because of her pointing it out I was able to stop a leak that had probably been going for a few months.  It could have been catastrophic if it had gone longer as it was over a $5000 insurance claim.  The other thing is that she made suggestions on the molding and said that for not very much more she could upgrade the molding to a speed base.  It is a little bit more ornate and it adds a real nice touch of class to my house.  I went ahead and did that.   I wanted the floor boards painted from actual rest of the trim so he waited a day or two after he purchased on his contractor’s rate the speed board while I painted the speed board the right color before he put them down.  He was really great when I moved back I pulled out the ceiling fan.  The ceiling fan had a light on it instead there was no light in my living room and he loaned me one of those spotlights so that I could have a light in the room while I was getting the molding painted and things like that.  So he was supportive.  He was very professional.  He was very much in oversight of his assistant and whenever there was anything that she didn’t know how to do he was teaching her as to what
