Ugly Shingles

After we had trees taken down, our roof was just covered. He blew all the stuff into our beds instead of vacuuming it. I was just furious at them. Instead of what they do instead of power washing because power washing can damage your shingles. They sprayed something that smelled like it had chlorine bleach in it. It was this stuff that you sprayed on your roof and when it rains it basically kills all the mold and whatever it is on the roof. The other thing that they did not point out was if you have any downspouts going down onto your lawn, it kills your lawn too. It got on some of my plants too. I am like a master gardener so that is like my thing.  All the stuff from all the trees was just thrown on the ground. Finally I just said. look I don't want that all over my house and beds. We were not real happy with the workmanship. It did get rid of the mold. It did clean off the roof. That did work. Usually my husband would get up on the roof and clean it off. This is the first time we have had this done but I did not think that the price was out of line. The guy after we pushed him a lot stated being a little more conscientious. Initially they were not very conscientious. They showed up when they were supposed to.
