The next day the solar panel and hot water heater was installed the very next day.  They crew was completely professional and everything was great.  Everything went downhill from there.  The installed the solar panels and then without talking to me they decided to change the location to avoid some wiring and they were not located under the shade of a tree.  I am losing about half the days sun because of where they place the 9 panels.  They had to have an electrician come and upgrade my electric panel and the folks that did that were pretty miserable.  They had to come out 3 separate times to get the job done and I am just talking about a panel.  I had to take time of work for these appointments.  And getting the permits was a never ending process.  From the time it began to the time I could actually use the panels it like 5 or 6 months.  The guys who came out helped me plan everything and then when they came to do the work it was all different.  It was just very frustrating to me.  The were non-responsive and I got the run around a lot.  I even reached out to the sales rep and he did the same thing.  I am not saving anywhere near what I was expecting.
