Tim was very informative, pleasant, and professional.  He explained all of the work that was needed and prioritized it for me.  All of the prices were exactly as quoted.

This was a good new car experience.  The salesman was knowledgeable about the car, including features and safety.  He listened to my needs, and did not show me more than I had requested (no  "you need an upgrade" stuff as I clearly did not require it. ) He was respectful of my knowledge and research, and did not second guess me.

We bought the Subaru from them. They just moved into a new location. I really like the new location. The waiting room is very spacious, they had breakfast bars and coffee, and had big screen TVs there. It seems to be really well run and every was very courteous.

During our trip home from Spokane (we live in the Seattle area) our 2006 Forester broke down about 30 miles outside of Spokane.  We had the car towed into Subaru of Spokane after calling and making an emergency appointment.  They were able to get us scheduled in the morning and within an hour had diagnosed the problem (bad alternator).  Unfortunately they did not have the needed replacement part on hand, so we had to purchase an aftermarket part which they arranged to have brought in from another area in Spokane.  The only bad part with this is had they had a subaru alternator on hand, it would have been covered by our extended warranty (this is why I gave this a B instead of an A on price).  But we didn't want to leave the car there 3 days to wait for the part to ship in since we were from out of town.  We decided to have the work done, which they completed in another hour or so.

However...while waiting for the repair, a salesperson offered to give us a tour of the showroom.  We figured it was better than sitting in the waiting room for another hour.  Long story short, we ended up buying a  2012 Forester and trading in our old one.  They credited the repair on our old car and we drove home in the new one!  We love the new Forester and the buying experience (although long, as usual) was a pleasant one.  

We were very happy they assisted us with the car and got us in without a previous day's appointment.  The new showroom and building that Subaru of Spokane moved into (they used to be Camp Subaru) is very nice and spacious.
