They left the job unfinished. The back splash was supposed to be included but then they informed me that they would not finish it the day before they were supposed to be done. It took them more than twice as long. They gave false promises, did not comply with what they said they would do and left the job incomplete. Totally unprofessional.

I will consider them for any A/C install.

The windows themselves are beautiful. They look great from the inside, but when you look closely at the outside, you see very sloppy installation, and you're paying much higher than you would, with Window World or something like that. But, because it came with a warranty and because the sales pitches are so slick and so convincing, I decided to go with Sears. I would not do that again. The windows are beautiful to look at, until you go to the outside and see the installation, where you can see some prints in the caulking and sharp edges in the flashing. It shouldn't be that way. I've had three or four Sears people come out and look at them and they all agreed with me, but nothing has been fixed yet. They installed the windows last October. Then, I complained about this and from the time of installation through to the end of December, two officials from Sears came out to examine the windows and give me their opinion. Their opinion was that it was very sloppy and it needs to be fixed. They were going to further educate the installer who was sent here from Pennsylvania and then he was going to fix everything. So he called me in between Holidays, in December and said he would be here in 10 days. He never arrived, nothing was ever done. A third person came out and said that he would mention it to the manager. I don't know if anything will ever be done. Meanwhile the house is for sale. The quality of window is 'A.' They're made beautifully. I like them very much. This is strictly the problem of the installer that Sears hired. Mr. Moony was the installer. They were very humble people. They were lovely people. He and his sons were polite and helpful to me personally, but they didn't know how to install windows properly. Mr Moony knew how to install a window and his son went around with a caulking gun. The caulking was done so badly.

They're awful. They did everything as agreed on paper but eventually when the service guy came, he charged more. We're very key to pricing but they're not realistic. Before you call them, make sure to read the fine lines. Their service is really poor. They did come with a vacuum and try to clean. Their responsiveness is good and they showed up on time.

Horrible service and quality. Ordered cabinets Sept 18,14 incorrect parts ordered multiple times. Cabinets promised for thanksgiving. Cabinets installation completed June 11,15
