The cabinetry itself is beautiful. The cabinetry was installed by a master carpenter and made to look magnificent and it is. After it was installed I was given the information about the cabinetry which warned that I should not put water over it. I was sold cabinetry that was expensive, under $50,000 for just one wall of cabinets and in the island. There is particle board in there. I did not pay for particle board. I paid for wooden cabinets. I complained about this and they ignored my complaint. Also the informational booklet warned me about getting the cabinets wet without drying them off immediately. I have cabinets in my main home that look like they are brand new because they are solid wood. I thought I was buying solid wood cabinetry. Apparently it is not solid wood, but is some combination of materials. I also I was disappointed the sales people have nothing to do with the manufacturing. I was told the salesperson was going to come again, but she only came one time. I needed guidance. I just needed more help. Thinking she was coming again misled me. I am not happy with Sears. I have to take special care with the cabinets. The price is high, but the craftsman was excellent. This man was brilliant, but the business itself is sadly lacking.
