We agreed on a price and the details of the work. These details which included, wire mesh in the slabs, making sure to lift the power line running under the slab, resetting the handrails on the front steps into their brackets before pouring that slab. These things were not done. They also left a mess on the street of crushed rock that spilled out of their trailer, and more crushed rock and debris from the removed broken slabs. The concrete truck washed out onto the yard by the front steps and again by the driveway. No attempt has been made to clean up these areas.

I asked him just to clean the gutters and trim some limbs off of a tree for me but he insisted on doing other things as well. I did not want these things done at that time but he did it anyways. He came to me after all that and told me that I owed him for everything he did even though I did not want these services done at all. The painting he did was a horrible job, left a huge mess and I am still cleaning up from that mess.
