R&S HEATING AND AIR

It is a small business, and the man's name is Ray Lewis. He is capable, friendly, very reasonable pricing and he does good on his work. He worked for the builder that built our home, and we just took him up. He has worked for us for 5 and half years. If I have my air conditioning down, he will make a point to come by the house on his way home, even if it is late in the afternoon or evening. He will get here. He is always in contact with you about his schedule, if he has an appointment that is taking longer than he thought, he will call you. He knows what he is doing, and he tells me what is going on so I understand. He is kind of older, and he is somebody who not only knows what is in the manual, but he also understands it. He has the skill to know what to look for, and how to look for it and fix it. Mr. Lewis knows equipment because he has worked on it for so many years. He understands it so he can figure it out. He is always well spoken, he doesn't use bad language, he is always polite, and a gentleman.
