I ended up paying $1000 a window. The problem was with the color of our house, we didn't want a white window. They make a fantastic window. We put an addition on our house 20 something years ago. We used them for a triple and double door. They're unbelievable. We had Pella windows installed in the addition. These ones we have in the addition, you can either have blinds or the grids. We went with the grids, we didn't go with the blinds. With Pella, the harder the wind blows on the outside, the tighter the door gets. The slider is on the outside, if it's being blown in it makes the tightness on the window even more. I would tell a friend to use them. Our next door neighbor went to Pella 4 or 5 years ago. I think it's more expensive because it's Pella. They offer the colors that a lot of the manufacturers didn't, including Andersen.
