Repair person from Modern Appliance was sent via Sear Home Services and attempted to repair ice maker. The Modern Appliance repair person said the problem with ice maker was due to a water value located in back of refrigerator. He replaced the water value and said give it few hours to start making ice again. We waited several hours but no ice; however, it did start leaking water from the water dispenser located in the front and spewing water inside the freezer. So not only is the ice maker still inoperable but we now have to keep a bucket contraption under the water dispenser. We called and left messages but have not heard back from Modern Appliance....it has now been 9 days and counting. Sear Home Service has apparently been able to reach them and they have said they cannot come out until next Wed (Dec 11th).....which is 2 weeks from the original repair. I will attempt to call again but I'm not hopeful. If someone from Modern Appliance reads this review, could you please respond.

Same day service; very punctual and professional. Also fixed my refrigerator handle although not part of the call. Will definately use again.
