Mike did the work before the masonry work and he interjection, they did not have a problem working together.Which was nice to know too. Mike was not like totally insistent, not like “oh no, no, you need to use my masons!” He’s like, “oh a mason, wow and he’s close? Great, he can go run for cement when he runs out!” He wasn’t looking to gouge on jacking up work he would do. I am using him in two weeks, unless he gets too popular.

He has done so much; this old house has been built in pieces. The foundation was crumbling because it’s 300 years old. The addition they put on in the 1920’s is just totally crap and it’s 100 years old. It was definitely fabulous. The bathroom part of it, I think from start to finish was about three weeks from raw space to finished product. The cost was surprisingly reasonable for very professional work. They did the showers, the tile, the surrounds, the glass doors. I mean you got a plumber in to do this. I mean you rough in everything, the plumber did the plumbing. The electrician did the electric. A fabulous general contractor. A little bit of both of us hire the plumber & the electrician. I mean he had a couple of guys, they were available. One of them I wanted to throw work to because he's my guy.
