Promptness is not one of his company's better traits. The work they did for me was sufficient to complete the contract. There were many missed places in the paint job and I had to call them back to fix the problems. Certain promises were made by the company owner, Frank Swindle, that were outside of the letter of the contract. He did not live up to these promises. Magnolia is a "bare minimum" company. They will complete the job but it won't be something you want to showoff about later. I would not recommend Magnolia Roofing and Construction to any homeowner.
