The product is good. The people are good. The work was done. They didn't quite clean up as good as I would like. We do like the product. Its satisfactory. I was pleased with the price. They came sooner than I had expected. I thought we had a week or two, but they came right away. That was fine. I know they call it a service. One thing I wished we could have been given advise on, was not getting your gutter wrapped now. We are getting our siding done in the Summer, and we shouldn't have had the faucet wrapped done. That is a good point. I feel like they should have said you really shouldn't have done this. I feel like that were selling us something, rather than good advise. We tried to get that information, and didn't get it. I hope they will not call me, and ask what I had said about them. I felt there was some, they wanted to sell us something. There will be extra work now for the people putting on the siding. We don't know everything in construction. We hardly know anything.
