It was awful because of the heat. Then he had to repair them because of a hurricane that went through. We had two 75 ft. pine trees land on our garage roof, so we had to have that remediated. He had to fix quite a bit of the gutters. It was probably half of what you would pay anybody else. He does plumbing, electrical like GFCI stuff. Electrical is his specialty, but he does woodworking, he does lighting. He is licensed. He is busy most of the time. He will fit guys like me into his schedule because he has done so much work for me. He is a very personable guy, he doesn't go overboard in explaining things, but he knows what he is doing and how to do it. Most people don't want to know, they just want you to get it fixed and it's a black box to them. They just want to get it fixed and when it's fixed to their satisfaction, then he is happy. Often, he will tell me, "I don't even know what to charge you for this." I finally get a number out of him and I give him twice as much as he asked me for.
