I have no idea what other's cost. We get someone we like, and we've been using them for years, so I have no idea. It seems reasonable. Well, they service our furnace and our air conditioner and we never have any problems all year, but if we did, we get free immediate response service calls, so that's pretty good. It's all apart of their service agreement, which I think is a couple hundred a year. I think so, but I don't have it written down right in front of me, and we've never had to use it, which is probably why they probably can do it because they know they take good care of our stuff. They're fine, I guess we've had the same person several, or for the least two years now. He always answers our questions, and he's eager for us to sign a new service agreement, which means both furnace and air conditioner, etcetera, otherwise, they're fine. It takes approximately an hour or less. Cleans up perfectly. Convenience. If things work well, I'm not searching for things that will save me $5, not at my age.
Description of Work: It was just the air conditioner service, but they also do our heating service in September. It was under a service agreement, so I think it's about 99 per time.
