+ -1 moreThey had the computer for like 9 days. Software issues they are totally unpredictable sometimes. They really did not make me happy, but it may not have been their fault. They were dealing with 5 year old computer with lots of stuff on it and who knows what accumulated on all the times it cost problems. I feel like giving them all bad grades because they told me they would call me within 2 hours for an estimate, 2 hours later I called them. That's why I'm mostly unhappy, and they ended up with my computer for 9 days.
Description of Work: I had problems with my Outlook. They were supposed to fix that and they couldn't. They ended up reformatting my hard drive.
