Dynamic Outdoor Services

After having problems with a few others providing service, just getting their attention, and not getting them to come out, Dynamic came out immediately, and we planned, after very good discussion, what would need to be done. He paid close attention to information I could provide, tested area to help substantiate situation, then gave me a verbal estimate of the job; providing her hour rate, estimated hours, and costs of planned materials. They did work while I was out of town. As promised, they took pictures at each step, to show complete job. A trusted and knowledgeable neighbor of mine watched out his window to determine if the jobs was being done properly.  Because of recent rains, the area was very muddy, and cause some minor issues covering. He apologized for leaving the grounds in less than, in his opinion, good shape. In my opinion, considering the circumstances, I had no problem with it, and was fine touching up the area several days later when the area dried. When seeing the issues, after doing the excavation, he called the health department to review with them what he thought, and what they'd recommend. Bottom line, they did a fine job. It's now more than two weeks later; we've had more rain, and things look very good. I am completely satisfied.
