He came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed boom right now. We started to notice that the air conditioner was moving heat. It was not getting as cool. I called him up again and there again he was out the same day. He brought the parts that he needed of what he thought might be wrong with it. He discovered that I had a drain pan that had been plugged up that has a sensor on it that shuts the system down. He had that fixed the same day. He was very friendly on the phone and was punctual. He got out here really quickly. I thought his price was really reasonable. I have a geothermal heating pump. It is a high end hybrid furnace and air conditioning. There are not too many heating and air conditioning companies. They all say they will but not all will work on geothermal. That is one thing they specialize in. I thought they did a real good job. This is the owner that came out too.

He was very prompt and I mean very. When I realized I had a leak on the furnace which was caused by the plumber that put in the water heater. I called him and told him I had a leak and this was about 9:00 in the morning and he was here by 10:30. He repaired the mistake that the plumber made. The plumber came out and put a new water heater in and in wiggling the pipes around, he loosened one of the fittings on the furnace to cause it to start leaking. I thought the price was very reasonable. He was very professional.
