Window Service
Called the company that sold a defective window and asked what they could do. Because they manufactured the window and not sold the window to me they informed me that I could return the window to the vendor but past that they could do nothing else for me. When I called back to verify that information the gentleman that I spoke with was no longer with the company and they said that returning the window was not the case any longer
