I think they are all over the state. You pay so much a year and it covers your appliances and so on if something breaks down. It changed a little bit and now you have to get a different package. My husband had decided that we didn't need the service and let it go but then a couple months later the refrigerator went out. So we had to sign back up with them. They wanted to put a part in there that  it really I don't think was the issue. My husband contacted the company and they were really supposed to have this part. He had to order the part and a week went by and I called them. He said he didn't put the order in immediately so everything was on back order. I contacted the main office and they did take care of the problem. Overall, they are normally very good. They usually have somebody who works with refrigerators or dishwashers. There are different repairmen. They are usually pretty punctual and good at setting up appointments. They have worked on other things and we have been pretty pleased. They have changed their program a little bit. You have to go with a Gold program to cover the electrical but they used to. 

If they think the appliance can't be fixed anymore, they pay you so much for the old appliance to go towards a new appliance.
