They denied our claim for our roof. Their own inspector came out and initially approved it and verbally told us they were going to pay. Then they backed off, and send another inspector, some engineer. He denied the claim. All of our neighbors were having their roofs repaired through insurance because of the storm and we got denied. One of our neighbors also got denied. They gave us a complex report from this engineer that said the damage wasn't due to the hail storm that we had, so they denied the claim. We opted to hire an attorney, my husband pursued it. They ended up paying us more than they would have had to pay plus they had to pay for the roof. I didn't understand it, they also ended up paying for our neighbor's roof, they also went through the same attorney. As soon as we got the check, we got the roof done. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy their insurance, especially after how we were treated. I was really disgusted with them. I would definitely not use them again.
