All Cats Hospital

Dr. Edwards is one of the best vets I've known and the best vet for cats I've found in Tampa Bay. All of the support and tech staff are good humored and efficient, and they almost always find a way to fit us in when something looks like it might be urgent. There are other vets in the practice and everyone is competent, but I think Dr. Edwards is exceptional.

I started going to All Cats Hospital since June 2013 and I am amazed of how wonderful this hospital is. Dr. Edwards and Dr. Buisson are expertise in cats. I had a vet for about 20 years, but when your doing research yourself to figure out what's wrong with your animal, and your taking it to a vet, its time to find a new vet. That's when I started researching animal hospitals that only worked with cats and found All Cats Hospital. The first time going in, I was greeted by Dickens an office cat that is such a friendly and fun cat. The office staff are very customer friendly, always there to help. When my one cat got ill from a reaction to a medication, they were quick to figure out the problem, f/u with me ongoing via email/phone until things got resolved. The thing I love most about this hospital is they give you choices, look at all the angles of what could possibly be wrong with your animal and try different solutions until the problem is resolved. They will never leave you hanging with an ongoing problem. If you have a cat, you should consider this hospital. They are the best in cat vet care. They understand cats physical and emotional status, and are very well experienced in handling any issue with your cat. I am so grateful to have found them, and only wish I had found them earlier. Thank you Dr. Edwards, Dr. Buisson and staff for all your wonderful care of Mischief and Sunny and always being there when my cats are ill.

Again, Dr. Edwards was very patient and tried to explain everything to us very neutrally, not advocating one path over the other. Once we decided to euthanize, she was really awesome, and handled everything very gently and professionally, even when I was getting emotional about it.
They allowed us to choose whether to be present or not, and they handled everything after that so we didn't need to worry about anything.
I would say the only negative was that I felt like I spent too much money for lab tests that really didn't reveal much of anything, and obviously didn't change the outcome. But I can't say they really pressured me to do it.
The staff was quite good as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to take my other kitties to All Cats Hospital in the future.

I like them a lot. They are amazing. They are extremely compassionate. They are good and careful at their work. They send emails and newsletters all the time. They send emails to keep you updated on everything you need to know. They always call to remind you of your appointments. I have been very pleased with them. The staff members are all animal lovers. The price is high but they are worth it.

Very well. A one-year, rather than three-year rabies vaccination was recommended due to possible complications from ingredients in the three-year form. Received recommendations for helping cat with relief from her arthritis. We requested a Benadryl shot to calm our cat who is quite afraid of being taken from the house or meeting strangers. Vet complied with the request. Other vaccinations will be done in a few months as to not overload cat all at once. Vet agreed that since cat is an indoor only cat she will not need a leukemia vaccine. The vet was quite appreciative of the cat's age and limitations, limiting treatment to the required rabies vaccination at this visit.

They are very professional, great with my cat and they don't push treatments on you for your pet. They are also great about calling you when it is time to bring your cat in for a check up and it's really nice that it is all cats and you don't have to worry about dogs in the waiting room.

They only do cats. We are very very pleased with them. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They are very caring about animals. They do a follow up call to make sure your cat is okay. I would recommend them and continue to use them in the future.

WHEN MY 16 YR OLD HAD TO BE PUT TO SLEEP, THEY NOT ONLY DID NOT CHARGE ME, THEY ALSO SENT A FINANCIAL DONATION TO A VET SCHOOL IN HIS NAME AND MEMORY. THEY REALLY CARE!
