They do an excellent job. They always get here in a timely manner. They're very polite, very clean. They put shoe covers on. They know what they're doing. They do everything very efficiently and professionally.

One guy cam out on 10/3/14 and took the dryer apart and looked at it. He ordered parts which came shipped to my house and another guy came back on 10/15/14 to install the parts.

He fixed the problem, but the cost was more than we expected.

Excellent service man. Knows his stuff. I had called someone else to look at the machine without realizing I needed a certified dealer for Magtag because it was still under warranty. The other company diagnosed problem incorrectly and I would not have know that if not for the Aand E Factory Service. The service man immediately knew it was the pump not the transmission and even showed me exactly where pump had gone bad. Needless to say, I was very upset with previous repair service company.

A and E Appliance Repair in Homewood. I had a good experience. It was good responsiveness, attention to detail, fixing the problem on the first try. Spending a lot of time diagnosing the problem rather than running in and running out. They spent a lot of time on their work to get to the bottom of the problem. That was May 5th.
