The product came back it ws not the panels it was the stones.  We had already agreed o a price and he said it was going to cost a little more but they would still do the work.  The provider told her that they did the work at the price that was paid for.  So I said to him that youexpected quality work no matter what I paid.  I paid what you said was okay.  He said to me then I assumed you didn't have anymore money.  I told him he shouldn't have assumed anything if it were going to cost more.  He bought out a mediator which was our city inspector.  He agreed that the work was not correct and they did not get permits to do the work.  I requested to get my money back.  I took a letter requesting my money.  He finally decided he could fix the job.  Prior to him coming out we have had 3 professional stone masons come out and they all agreed it needed to be rtorn down and redone.  They used 2 different olor mortars, several different textures and not enough stones used.  I ws trying to work with him and he wrote down 3 different processes of how he was going to fix it.  We have had rainy weather but he has never called to tell me if and when he was coming.
