He arrived on time. Was very nice and professional and knew what he was doing. They took their time in diagnosing and fixing the problem.

Time to completely replace the Air Conditioner for an older home. Had repaired it a few times with a competitor. The competitor could not match Allen's prices - and because they knew we were shopping prices, they threw in a couple extras, such as a duel-fuel system that is more energy efficient. The competitor could not provide that. And Allen's responsiveness was quick and very professional. They had to work around my elderly mom, of which they treated her with the utmost respect and care. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.

I am a little frustrated with Allen's right now. The first guy came out and replaced a circuit board within the unit. Then, about one month later, another guy came out and told me that I needed a new central unit. After I had just paid for a repair, they tell me I need a new unit! I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, and be fair. I think though, the first guy should have caught the problem. Allen's did say they would give us a discount for the new unit. They are really good about getting you in, and calling before they come. They do what they say they will. Allen's knows their business. I really don't have anyone else to compare them to.

expensive but quality does cost more.

Air Conditioner was not working. Service Technician came out and found an electrical disconect switched off. He had us up and runningin no time and didn't charge us for the call.

The service contract was free for a certain period of time. We had a few problems, so they gave us an extra year for free. The price is worth it, though. The price of the unit was also exceptional. They are very personable people. We will continue to use their services in the future and would recommend them to others.
