WM of AL - Tuscaloosa

I wouldn't give them a very good grade. I've been using them for the past three years or so, but they changed their billing system and they're not using the same criteria. I recently had to pay some late charges. It was terrible. They e-mail you the bill which was not a great thing in itself because it's quarterly, and you don't notice it all the time. It was okay, but then, I was only getting the e-mail with the bill by the time it was past due. I called them and they said they've changed this and that, and then instantly I started getting the e-mails. So, I was very displeased that they have such a crammy system. You don't get the past due until it's 30-days past due and by then you already incurred a late charge. I would have changed them if I have a choice. They do a fine job picking up the trash, though.
