They give you a two to three hour window when they will be at my home. They are always punctual. I can leave the service man a key if no one is home. He usually takes about 15 minutes to complete the spraying around my house. I advise him ahead of time if there is a particular hot spot if I have noticed any creepy crawlers. After they spray I have no more problems. The company has been in business for many years and are trustworthy.
