 + -1 moreMs. Sturgis arrived on time and proceeded to carefully review the marketability of our house, making sure to note the foremost selling points and accentuate the positive aspects of our house. When she wrote her report recommending the price our house should be listed for and should sell for, she was generous yet completely professional with her pricing recommendations. She also obviously put a great deal of work into preparing a presentation for our house and her proposed market strategy. We were very impressed with her and her work ethic!
Description of Work: Ms. Sturgis came to our house to complete an assessment of our house's value for purposes of meeting relocation rules.
