So far, it is not going very well. I really can't tell that she is very active in trying to sell it. It has only been a month, so I may be asking too much. I have never done this before so it is hard to know what to expect.

We have bought over 20 houses in the past and this was one of the most positive experiences we've ever had. Kathryn (Kat) Drew was both professional and delightful to work with. Always answered her cell when we called and responded to emails and texts promptly. Even wants to introduce us to all the neighbors after we move in! She was responsive and helpful in every step of the process. She was used on both sides of the transaction and managed to maintain her professionalism through out the entire transaction. Will definitely use her again when we sell!
