They used premier on my heating, my air unit, I kept having leaked and I am certain real placed with them, They probably got it right but it kept leaked  in my bedroom and to me when I was told what the problem was, they shouldn't done right out of that and so I don't recommend them to people and I know there well thought of you and got a lot of praise but I've heard a lot of people says too, I know my attic had big holes in it from a tornado and my contractor was kind the blame me on the less people that  install my unit which we had it for 5 or 6 years and never had minute trouble with it until last storm. When they're workers coming over here at night they were running the air and supposed to turn power on  but supposed to be in checked out. But is obvious to me when they run it, all the trashed that was in my drying pan was getting washed down into my drains and that was stopped it up and they kept having trouble it with back up in my bed room ceiling if only they were re-routed and put another drain unit coming from there but I told my contractor I don't know whether you told them or I told them but that shouldn't been a fault, we can't used it this way because this obviously released and  trashed and installation and  all kinds of garbage in there. I thought that's will probably those people are they should have cut off that, whether their entire fault or not and I don't know cause I was given with a lot of stuff. When my contractor said that,  I thought, a tornado just hit my house, stuff where blown, trees, plans where in there from the home, why do you expect my drying pan to be cleaned.

I'm still not sure how it went.  The unit is in and is now working, but initially it did not blow heated air.  Which was why I called Premier in the first place: unit running but no heated air coming out of the vents.  After they had installed the new unit, I found out the gas had been turned off by the gas company a month before!  So, the technician who determined that I needed a new unit, made that determination without the benefit of having gas supplied to the unit.  I called and spoke with a manager and then the technician who told me that he could tell there were holes in the unit...therefore he said he didn't have to feel heat or no heat to know that the unit needed to be replaced.  He never even mentioned to me that the gas was off when he called to tell me what he had found when he checked the unit.  Did I get taken for an entirely new heating unit?  I suppose I will never know. 



Caveat: Premier had done other work for me and there had never been any problems. Oh, they had also serviced that same unit a few years prior and no holes were found/mentioned.

It was pretty good. They are a little bit on the pricy side for the services that they offer in comparison with some of the private contractors but they typically did pretty good work. They charge a premium for their services but they get the job done pretty quickly. That’s my only drawback about them but as far as their promptness and things like that, they are really good about that. As far as the company itself and the people that work them, they are pretty good. They are actually pretty good and do a good job. They seem to be a little late but I think that was a logistics problem.

$400 for 6 light bulbs is crazy.  I was charged a service fee, labor for two electricians, plus parts.  I was not at home and I feel that they took advantage of my elderly father.   I will obviously never use their services again.

Not being from Alabama, maybe my expectations are too high. I don't know. But when I go online to request a quote?like I did *three weeks ago*?I sort of expect to, you know, GET A QUOTE in less than three weeks. But I didn't. 
So I finally have a minute to call for a quote, since obviously no one is paying any attention to online requests. I call and speak with Connie who asks me what I want. I say I want a quote. She asks, "For what kind of service, A/C, electrical, business?" I reply, for a residential electrical issue. 
"Please hold."
*Sweet,* I think, *someone is finally going to tell me how much it's going to cost to have someone come out and figure out why my outlets don't work!*
A minute later, Connie picks up again. "Who are you holding for?" (Not, "Hello again." Not, "Sorry for the wait." Not, "Thanks for holding.")
"I'm holding for a quote," I say?again.
"Please hold."
Another minute goes by. Someone else picks up the line, clearly talking to someone else in the background. 
"Hello?" I said.
"Hi, what do you want?"
Having to suppress an irritated laugh, I say again, "I want to know how much it will cost to have someone come out to figure out what's wrong with some outlets at my house."
"The service call is $129 and that includes 30 minutes of work," she says.
"Ok. What is the rate if it takes longer than 30 minutes?" I ask?AS WOULD ANYBODY WHO HAS EVER THOUGHT OF HIRING AN ELECTRICIAN. 
"Oh, well, I don't know. They'll take a look and then give you an estimate for how long it will take and how much it will cost."
"So it's $129 to get someone to come out to tell me how much it will cost?"
"Yes sir."
If you work with these clowns, you either have a lot more patience or a lot more money than I do.

First of all, Premier responded very quickly.  I called at 7:00, and their technician Brett arrived within the hour.  He was very professional, and after studying the situation for a bit, he gave me his opinion, as well as some options for remedy.  I never felt as though he tried to oversell the severity of the situation or try to gouge us for unnecessary charges.  He offered an inexpensive option, as well as the more expensive - and more long-term solutions.  That's what I want from any service provider - show up on time, conduct business in a professional manner, offer alternatives, and of course, fix the problems.  Brett and Premier succeeded on all of the above.  We will definitely use this company again!

ServPro came out to begin drying out two floors for a burst water line. All their equipment overloaded the main circuit, and the power went out. I called ServPro and they sent an on-call Premier electrician out at 10:30 PM. He got everything back on, and explained what happened. He came back the next day to replace the main breaker that had been damaged to prevent another outage since the drying would take several more day.

Received the recommendation to call Premier Electric. I had to take Pictures of my power box from several angles to let them know what kind of equipment was needed. The person who came out was very nice and answered all of my questions about what he was doing. It was nice not to worry any more about power and air conditioning.My only problem was getting a receipt from Premier's office for work I had already paid for; I needed it to turn in to my home-owners insurance.
