The home inspection was thoroughly performed and included very detailed information that was very insightful. It was professionally done and the inspectors were very courteous and did not mind explaining things as they worked.

Usually do not write reviews. This is an exception as I was not able to be present while Patrick did his inspection. I was out of state at the time and Patrick had come very highly recommended. After my initial contact with Patrick I felt very comfortable with him doing my inspection. From the feed back I received, He was very professional with the sellers. Patrick's inspection was very in depth. Patrick is very knowledgeable and I am very pleased with his inspection. I will certainly recommend Patrick whenever the opportunity arises. He was better than on time he showed up a little early and was ready to go to work immediately. I requested a full and thorough inspection, his most expensive service. However he noticed some major flaws before he even entered the house. He stopped, made me aware of the issue and gave me the opportunity to pay for a much less expensive site inspection. His honesty resulted in me paying less than half of what I had originally expected to pay and saved me from buying a house with major issues. This man's Integrity is above reproach.

Inspection Report  can be very critical information that is being received from a home inspector. Patrick took the time to answer any question the buyer along with me had. He even gave some recommendation on some easy fix. He went over and beyond. He is AWESOME!

He is an expert in this field I have had home inspections in the past that were not this detailed done by other companies and  not as  informative .Mr.Erb  really cares about doing his job and goes above and beyond what most home inspectors provide.I will recommend him to anyone I know needing a home inspection.
