Roofing
My son noticed that the area under the eave was already rotted, just 3 years into my new 30 year roof, because the roof had not been properly done around the chimney. M&M had used nails instead of roofing tacks, allowing it to leak and ruin the materials below it. I have had someone else come and fix the rotted wood, and now I have to hire a new roofer as well.
