It went very well. The purchase was easy and the machines were available when quoted. The delivery was on time. The installation proceeded without a hitch, even though the installation site is up three flights of stairs and into a very cramped nook. The installers were absolutely great!

Cabinets were ordered aproximately 15th of May after the kitchen was completely gutted and delivered 2nd week of June, after several weeks processing which was reasonable, and sat at store 4 days before I called and got told they forgot to let me know and parts were missing because they let the truck leave with them. They were then brought to my house days later to sit here for another week because installer had not been contacted, I contacted him, by them to let him know to plan for cabinets when they came in and he had to schedule in time for me. I have called at least 15 times in past two months and visited three times in person, literally begged, fussed, pleaded with Manager's, which included someone who said he was the Store's General manager, who tell me they will fix the communication problem and make sure everything goes smooth in future. One of the men who said he was the store's General Manager, I asked after an intense session of excuses to get the number to their Corporate office to try and get some help and was told and quot;you can complain to them but it comes back to me so I can handle and they will not do anything to help you, it is left up to me what does and does not get doneand quot;. Then they hand off and you never hear from the Manager again. I aksed the manager, who whines he cannot get Installed sales people, why he could not get the Installed Sales office staffed and he said I have posted the job and no one will take it. IMAGINE!!!! At least the employees are smart and stay way away from that department. Absolutely the worst customer service attitude I have ever seen anywhere. People complain about the big W and fast food, Lowe's is just awful. An F for FAILURE!! No higher store management at all at the levels to resolve issues, the lower amanagement is handcuffed from doing anything from what I can tell.

Next, two weeks of on and off, here and there, by installer trying to work me in at last minute to get cabinets installed and only to a bare stage where countertype could be ordered. During this time none of their department ever arranged to meet with me to review what was going on.They did call once or twice to check on vendor who is not the problem. In fact have not seen anyone ever at my house from Installed Sales - they only said they came by and none of vendors verify that. After the cabinet contactor got project to where I could order countertops he disappeared, but he was nice enough to let us know we needed to go pick counter tops out and how to do so, and based on his information I again had to call the store to find out where to go and what to do. We made selections of counter tops at their Vendor's warehouse and then we had to wait ten days for representative from Vendor to come and measure counter tops on a job they knew about several weeks earlier because I made Lowe's send them a notice it was coming up. Notifed lowe's selections were made and for them to follow up with vendor next day after template made to be sure the ball gets rolling and let me know ordered - never heard from them. Once the counter top template was made I was told it would be ordered in a day and ready to installed in seven to ten calender days. Since I did not hear from Lowe's I called the vendor several days later to check on and it had not been ordered. Bingo!! It is so bad that the vendors absolutely feel no urgency because they know no one monitors them and tell you that the do not hear from store. No order and no clear answers on why and what was going on. Called the store and of course, they had no idea what was going on. Basically, close to a week after the measurer comes out your order is lost on a desk and no one is working on it and no one even knows if it will get done. Now they are going to fix by passing to a vendor sales representative, not the store or vendor, who probably has no idea what is going on even though he was a decent enough chap to call me when he heard a problem was going on and showed utter compassion that I was tired and just wanted my kitchen finished. I have had to make basically every appointment and make every contact major contact to get anything done and this has gone on for way over two months. The only time they call is to see if vendor is working - they need to check on themselves. The whole time they have your money.

These people get your money upfront as they have to have it before they will order cabinets and counter tops, which over two month later the countertops are not ordered, and hold your money hostage and completely throw you to the wind. And then tell you complain there is not much you can do about it we are in charge. If you call and ask questions or complain things magically slow down even more. They have more excuses than any mischievous five year old ever thought of. And I have heard every excuse I can think of except the dog ate it but that one is coming. PLEASE FOR YOUR SANITY STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORROR PALACE. Let me tell you how sad it is - you actually make friends with the contracted installers and end with with their cell numbers because it takes so much effort from the combined two of you to get these people at Installed Sales to order the products, follow-up, and even let the installers know to do the work.

THERE IS A REASON THERE IS LOW in lowe's.

Anyone even considering using these people to arrange installation of a product, I plead with you to call another company. I have no other motive at this point but to save you from this NIGHTMARE!!!! Done many projects and until I meet Installed Sales at Lowe's good experiences in general but this is a bad joke that just keeps on and on and on and on. My house is in utter dismay and nothing can be done. I have seen many houses built quicker than these people could get one nail installed for you.

I was taken in by them and feel stupid and ripped off!! And for those of you who lost homes and will need repair from the recent Tornado you honestly cannot afford the aggravation and shear sorrow and disgust these people can cause you.
