LELAND GARAGE DOOR'S & OPENERS

Accessed my problem one day ( broke spring ) Was told the part had to be overnighted & they would be out @ 11 a:m the next day. Also was told to move a few things from the front of the garage. The next morning I removed those items & waited . I called approximately 10 times with no answer. Got a text at 2:10 p:m saying we’re on our way. I had to sit with the removed items from the garage for 3 hours to keep people from walking off with them. THE LEAST THEY COULD’VE HAVE DONE WAS ANSWER THE PHONE OR SEND A TEXT STATING WE’RE BEHIND & WE’RE SORRY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

They came out the same day, and replaced a circuit board on one opener, and the electronic eye on the other. Both doors work perfectly now. The fact that they were so prompt, and had replacement parts readily available really impressed me. They are very professional. I would definitely hire again!

1st place on Angie's list I called told me it would be 4 work days before they could come fix my falling garage door being held up with 2x4's so I called Leland left a message he returned my call and had a truck here within 15 mins. they were very nice and efficient repaired the door and finished within 2 hrs of placing my initial call.

We have used Leland for years. He is the best. He believes in maximizing the life of your garage door rather than rushing to replace it. The light on the garage quit working, and the garage door is over 15 years old. Leland told us the life span of a garage door is typically 12 years, but he would not recommend replacing the door until it no longer functions or we can no longer live with the noise, lights going out, etc. For the cost of the service call, Leland replaced the light fixture, and we are good to go until the next age related problem! He and is daughter are punctual, friendly, and they do a great job.

Mr. Leland was able to come to over within an hour of calling him. He came when he said he would. He repaired a bent door that I thought would have to be replaced. He seemed to do an excellent job. And, he checked out both of my garage doors, tightened loose screws and lubricated both doors. He was friendly and personable.

We were in a bind -- just moved in and already the garage door wouldn't work. One of the owners came personally less than 1 hour after I called. He diagnosed the problem immediately and in the time it took me to make out the check (7 minutes), he had fixed the main problem. He also noted that there were several dents in the door from the previous owner and carefully explained approximately when and how the door would begin to wear and how difficult and expensive it would be to fix (not hard or expensive). Couldn't be happier with Leland!

I called Leland early in the day. He told me he could be out later that day. He was here in 20 minutes! He and his associate listened to my complaint, they examined the door opener and immediately knew what the issue was and what it would take to repair it. He gave me the price and replaced the part, adjusted the door, lubricated the parts that needed lubrication and was gone in less than30 minutes. I had a subsequent issue with the door and he responded within 15 minutes of my call. That issue was addressed also. He and his staff are very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.
