They installed all the pipes outside the building. They did a good job except that a lot of the workers stood around. They did a good job overall it was a lot of trouble but it wasn't their fault.

Arrived on time. Work completed ahead of schedule. Courteous. Although the charge was significant, it was worth it. They tied into my existing gas line in the attic, ran a long run of copper inside a wall, installed all the valves/connections for a gas stove (was previously using an electric stove.) You don't want to mess around with gas - I wanted a plumber that I trusted and they didn't disappoint.

The service was great. My home warranty company sent out another company from Birmingham before we decided to opt for someone else, I called John Wayne Plumbing and they we're fantastic. They worked fast, but did the job to completion unlike the other company that was called out. They're very knowledgeable and courteous. The above cost was absorbed by the home warranty which they also helped work through in order to get me the best price. Will continue to use this company while we're living in the Tuscaloosa area.

The company responded quickly, even with the late evening call. The guys were very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They stopped the leak until I could get the HVAC guys here. I've had to call John Wayne several times (and most of the time after hours), and his company has exceeded my expectations on every occassion.

Mr. Wayne misidentified the model of the kitchen faucet and suggested that I purchase a new one. After returning with the new faucet, I noticed that the maker was stamped on the original faucet which might have made it possible to seek replacement parts. Mr. Wayne refused to accept payment for the entire job. The work was good, and Mr. Wayne did more than was necessary to correct his mistake.
I would absolutely recommend John Wayne Plumbing. It is a small, local business owned by John Wayne. Mr. Wayne is professional and places a high value on honesty and integrity.
As much as I hesitate to admit it, I can be difficult to work with. Even so, Mr. Wayne completed the job with courtesy and professionalism.
I have recommended him to others and would do so again.

The plumbers arrived a little late. I told them exactly where to install everything and left for work. Fortunately, my wife was there to supervise. They did the work but when my wife checked, they had put the ice maker line in the wrong place. They moved it - and charged to correct their mistake. They were there 2 hours but charged for 2.75 hours. The actual bill was almost double the estimate. I wrote a detailed letter to the company owner outlining my complaints. He cashed my check and never responded.
