Jacobs Plumbing

I had to pay for five guys and only one worked. Paid Jacobs to lower my main water line before I had driveway paved.. their line leaked which I had to video to prove. When they tied this new line into original copper water line, it leaked also which I had to video. I was billed and paid for faulty repairs. Jacobs broke my irrigation line faucet. When they had it repaired I was billed again and refused to pay. I texted the owner and complained but he did not respond. Instead he threateded and reported me to all credit agencies.

We called the the day before Thanksgiving and they came out the same day. They had to dig around to find the leak (a cracked 45 degree coupling), sawed it off and spliced in a segment of PVC pipe. Have had no trouble since.

They were professional.  They were here when they said they would be here.  They were early to unhook the original tub before the tub installers could bring the new one and they were there for that.  They did some plumbing work for the shower when the tub was not in the ground.  They connected everything and they came into the final hardware and installed the toilet which was taken out.

Jacob's was very quick to respond to my call to check the problem and give me an estimate. They were also very quick to get the job done. They did a beautiful job digging a very narrow trench to get down to the pipe and replace it. The price was very reasonable. Actually, I'd misread the date Jacob's was coming out to do the work (I was still in post-tornado fog and didn't look at my calendar correctly-- I was on the wrong date!) They had cut the water off and it was suprise when I got to the house late in the day and discovered they had started work. I rang the company and the owner was at my house in minutes to make it possible for me to have water in the house for the night. The job was completed in 1.5 days. The workers who actually carried out the work were highly professional. Can you tell that I *really* was impressed by this company?! :-)

They are a good company. I chose them because they are professional and are quick to respond. I will keep using them.
