Not only was Hodges unable to complete the work (a big issue), they were very disrespectful of my time (an equally big issue). They arrived over 7 hours late for appointments, when they chose to show up at all. Also, between Louisa in the office and Kendrick Hodges, they were unable to coordinate schedules. I had to follow up with them on many occasions, with limited response. I ultimately told my warranty company that if they sent Hodges out to my home again, I would call the police and file trespassing charges. I would not wish them on my worst enemy! For a company like Hodges to force a customer go without air conditioning for 4 summer months in Alabama, without any sense of urgency, is outrageous.
