Outstanding.  Brought car over at appointment time.  Car was ready on time.

The damage was still the same as before the repair with an added hole drilled into the glass. I questioned the tech, which I believe was Hanks father, he was quite older guy late 60s maybe even 70s. He said you can still see evidence of the damage if you look real hard but that it will not run or streak. Well you didn't have to look hard at all and I later found that the hole was empty, no resin and I don't think resin was used at all. This worried me, so I called them back and inquired about how they did the spot repair and if the hole would be filled with resin and they said yes. When I told them that my windshield repair had an empty hole they totally changed there attitude and said I need to bring it back to let them see. I went back and the owner Hank didn't really want to even look at the repair. He just kept saying its repaired, its repaired, nothing wrong its repaired. He was very p***** off and made it seem as if I was trying to get something for free. I told him I was just concerned with the hole and it not having any resin in it. He assured me it was repaired and it would not run. I was upset after talking to him so I immediately went to another auto glass company in town and told them the story about the hole. She first said she knew Hanks and "its not likely that they screwed the repair up" I question the fact of the empty hole and she said let me take a look at it. After she inspected the repair, she turned to me and said with a shocked look on her face "I believe your right their is no resin there" she said none of their repairs looked like that then she said you see this and pointed to a small crack and said this is going to run, I told her Hanks said it would not run and she just frowned and shook her head. She said I could come back the next day and let her tech take a look because he had already left for the day. Well it wasn't necessary to go back because by the time I got home that evening the crack had started to run or streak out about 3 inches from the center. The only good news is I went back and got a refund for the repair due to the running crack and the lady behind the counter wanted to know if I wanted them to do the windshield replacement and I said no just a refund please. At this point I had enough of Hanks.,
