They gave us a complete and professional estimate and worked with us to get the energy efficiency level that we wanted (which was a little better than the typical). The crew that installed the heater and AC were prompt, very courteous and neat. Our furnace is in the attic, and the door was not large enough to accommodate the new unit. The crew did a nice job widening the door, putting in a new ladder, and trap door. There was one glitch, but they quickly fixed the problem. Everything so far works well.
Just a note on the estimates--We compared three companies and they all came in fairly close to one another. Adams carried the brand we wanted so that was one factor for us.
