They came out to do an estimate at the agreed upon time, and when the glass came in they came out and completed the job. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I would recommend them for your next window or door project.

Danny was very couteous. He placed two windows that were very difficult to get to and replaced the siding on all the dormers. Work done as stated and within timeframe. Very reasonabky proced and will use them again in the future. Very pleased with all work done.

We requested estimates from 4 different companies to replace a large picture window on the front of our house that had lost its seal and was fogged up. Rather than go with a vinyl or aluminum type window, we decided to replace with another wood type sash. Plus, we felt wood fit the look of our house better than other materials. WIndow and Door Pros had the best solution and price. All other companies were priced higher and/or not interested in replacing with wood.
As estimated, it took 3 weeks to manufacture the window. Installers arrived on time, worked very quickly and were very professional. Great experience.

Super quick and even realized that the windows had a security system built into them which I hadn't thought about. He took the time to transfer it to the new window.

We had a double-pane window in our living room, of which both the top and bottom sections were cracked. The Window And Door Pros were able to remove the old glass panes and replace them without replacing the entire aluminum window frames. I spoke with Dan a few weeks before and he came out to the house, measured the window and gave me an accurate estimate. He explained that it could take up to 4 weeks to get the glass panes ordered. He called me 2 weeks later was able to fit me in earlier than expected. The gentlemen that came to install the new glass were professional and courteous and were done in about an hour.

We decided to go with another company because of a slight differnece in the product offered. I think we would have been happy with windows he quoted. The other company's bid was a little less but not much.

They were professional and polite and contacted our tenant right away to get this taken care of. I would highly recommend them!

All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Cost was reasonable. Would definitely use again.

My husband first called a lady answered and took our information stating
Danny was out on a job but might be able to come by that afternoon.
After a week we called again. She stated he tried to call on a Sunday
but didn't get an answer and left a message on my cell. I had no missed
calls or voice mail but could have hit a wrong digit. He was then
suppose to come that afternoon but I was ill and so we left a message
and stated Thursday or Friday. He indeed came about 6:00 PM on Friday
3/15/13 to check our windows. We had a couple that were not opening
correctly. He informed me of the problem and that the company who made
our windows is our of business. He stated the parts were changeable
but he needed to do some research to see if could find interchangeable
parts. He said, and quot;Give me 2-3 days to research and I will get back with
you.and quot; Okay, sounds great. He said he really didn't want us to have to
replace other wise perfectly good windows. After a week and a half I
called to follow up. The lady who answers the phone tells me he has to
look into and that she will remind him. She spoke to me in a tone that
she was frustrated that I was even calling since he said he needed to
research it. I said thank you and hung up the phone. I then took it
upon myself to do some research. With in five minutes I found the parts
he told me needed to be replaced. I also found a video with detailed
instructions of how to change the parts. Today, my husband took about
15 minutes and repaired the windows. We did not even need new parts to
make the window open. There is a and quot;footand quot; broken and we were able to
order it for a whole $2.00.
I understand that people are busy but don't tell me I will hear something in 2-3 days and not call. Then for whom ever answered the phone to act as if I am bothering them is ridiculous. It seems like you are calling their home when you call. It doesn't seem to be profe

Dan was not only punctual but very accommodating. He brought by samples of different windows so I could see my options. His quote was on target compared to others I received. The installation was on time and completed in 2 days as he said. The site was clean and he supervised each step. Dan also followed with a call 2 days later to make sure I was satisfied.

Danny is great. He's done some custom mirrored walls in bathroom for
us before and also cut out custom solid security door and added glass
panel for light in the past. Highly recommend.

I made several calls to contractors. Danny showed up first on a Saturday morning and was very professional. He wasn't pushy yet appropriately gave guidance and had a sample product to help me understand what certain kinds of windows would look like. I ended up going with him because of how straight forward he was. Price was middle of pack, but responsiveness, professionalism, quality and overall experience was an A. Crew seemed very knowledgeable.

I was quite satisfied. They were prompt to come out and give an estimate. They stuck to their estimate. They did a very acceptable job. I would use them again.
