Michael came to install and was very customer driven and very meticulous about his work. The mantel looks good and fits perfect. The price was great. The mantel comes unfinished so you will have to prime and paint it but considering the price it is not a bad deal. We compared prices at large home repair stores and found the price was going to be considerably more expensive to go somewhere else.
