This is the type of business provider I like to work with; pleasant, responsive, and the best price point.  Spa Doctor was responsive to initial inquiry, provided an estimate in a timely manner, showed up for work on time and took great care in removing the hot tub with absolutely no damage to deck in the process.  Entire crew was pleasant.  While no money changed hands, two other service providers would have charged us over $300.00 to remove a high quality hot tub in very good condition and haul away.  Th

Although he was late and missed a maybe appointment he did call and keep up with he progress. The repair was made and fnctioned well.

This company installed my hot tub that I bought from Recreational Factory Warehouse several years ago. It is a small "portable" hot tub. We built it into the deck along with the pool and it cannot be easily replaced. All the Spa Doctor person suggested is that we trade it in for a new one. Didn't want to do that for the aforementioned reasons. Never told us what was wrong just said it wasn't worth fixin......and that we needed a new one. Well, I let it sit there for a year and called Swimming Pool Services and they fixed it for a reasonable amount.

The Spa Doctor comes every year or so to make sure our spa is working properly. He usually tunes it up and does minor repairs. I think he's reliable and knows what he's doing. Our spa is doing well.
