He did a good job with the drain.  It took a long time to finish.  He did do a good job.  He did two jobs.  He has several other things that he is doing.  He has a yard cutting business, so it is hard to get him back because he takes a while to finish up the job.  He is very creative.  He gave me idea where to put the leveled out area in the back.  He put it in the right place.  He put it behind the tree.  He didn't show up a lot of time.

His name is Danny Phillips. We are very happy and pleased with him. He had been a landscaper for over 25-30 years. His son works with him and is taking his Master Landscape Gardener thing. Danny is brilliant in concept landscaping. He knows plants and he works with me on what is right in this particular area and in this particular spot in that area. Every so often we go under water rationing in this area and he keeps that in mind. The landscaping was a big job. It was about 6 years ago and it was $4,500-6,000. It is still perfect. He did a prayer garden at our church. There is not enough money to pay for all the hours that he put in. It is exquisite. He is very, very knowledgeable and very particular about his work crew. He has a bunch of people that work for him. They not only mow, they edge and pick up any little sticks and put them in the appropriate place to be picked up by the city. They tell us if anything needs more treatment. He is super and great. He lives across the street from our other house and I don’t have to tell him to do anything. He just takes care of it all.
