+ -1 moreMr, Evans put off the start date three(3) times before work had begun.His crew not, including himself, complete the work in two(2) days.In less than a week I had found Roofing nails all over over my deck,driveway,sidewalks and yard.Mr. says he had someone go around the house twice with a magnet,but I am still finding roofing nails and debris to this day.I have leaks in and around my fireplace,in the middle of my den and one in our bathroom so far that I know of.I have talked to Mr. Evans once who was to busy at the time to come out and see the problems.And will not return my calls.I am now having to contact another Roofer to repair his mistakes.
Description of Work: Contract to replace roofing as stated 1.Remove existing shingles to decking.2. Install new 15lb felt on complete roof.3. Remove two (2) existing electric vent fans and install two(2) new electric vent fans. install new pipe boots on all plumbing vent stacks.5.Provide and install new thirty (30) year dimnesional shingle and ridge cap on complete roof.6.Clean up and remove all debris.7.New roof warranted for five(5) years from date of completion. Contract price: $6,123.00 Terms as follows: 1/3 down $2041.00 Balance due upon completion $4,082,00
