Fixed first air conditioner. Despite numerous phone calls/text messages never made it to do the repair as scheduled. We cancelled and found someone else. Premier Air was rude and unprofessional. Resorted to name calling us directly and also sent texts to our renters insulting us. The biggest issue was that most communication was done via text message, almost never answered phone directly.

This company was called to diagnose a problem at my place of employment. He did fix the problem and his prices were very reasonable. Give the smaller companies a chance or two and they will save you tons of money because they have less overhead. Ask for Chris!
