This was my first dealing with Morgan Plumbing. I purchased a water heater, and they came and installed it. They did an excellent job at a very fair price. Coincidently, immediately afterward, my pressure regulator needed to be replaced as my water, both hot and cold, were only a pencil-stream when on full blast. I called Rick, and he gave me a price and told me he would be there the following day in the afternoon. No show. The next day was Thanksgiving, so I called the day after (Friday). He said he would be there that afternoon. No show again. I gave up on him and called Simple Service, who showed up on time, did a great job for a good price.

Went great. I had to reschedule once, and he showed up as promised with his two assistants. They quickly diagnosed problem of broken outside faucet. Replaced

Mr. Morgan and his son fixed two toilets (that required quite a bit of work) for me. They did a great job, and went above and beyond to make sure they had everything functioning properly. They were also extremely courteous and polite. Next time I need plumbing work done, I will call Mr. Morgan, and I highly recommend Morgan Plumbing for anyone else's plumbing needs.

I have used Rick for many years. Let me tell you, if you're looking for a plumber, look no further. Rick is honest as the day is long and has been doing excellent work for many years. If you have old pipes in your house like I do, he knows how to CORRECTLY repair them. Most young plumbers today have no idea how to fix old pipes. He will work your job until it done and done right! Which sometimes makes him late for his next appointment. His son Zac works with him. A very nice young man that you can tell was brought up right. With all the scary things that can go wrong with a house, it's nice to know plumbing is one area I don't have to worry about!
