Today I took him and got there between 8:30 and 9:00AM. When I had not heard from them, I called about 6:20PM to find out how things were looking. I was told that he would be ready around 7:30PM!. I asked, very nicely I might add, why so late and the girl told me a lot of dogs had come in late this morning. After I had time to think about that, I called back and spoke with Leslie. I was under the impression that the dogs were done according to their time of arrival. But she said that was not the case. I told her I was going to come on and pick up my dog. I was not mad, rude or unkind in any way. I just hated that he had been there so long. When I arrived, she said he was ready to go. I told her that I was not mad I just hated him being there for so long. She said they do the best they can. She then proceeded to tell me she had cancelled his remaining appointments for the year and I could go somewhere else. I asked her if she no longer wanted me as a customer and she did not. She said there was too much "contention" between us and I have no idea to what she was referring. I don't remember us ever having a cross word. There were many times he wasn't ready until after 5:00 or 6:00PM but I don't ever remember complaining. I am still in shock and very hurt I was treated in such a manner. So, no I would not recommend K-9 styling. If she has a problem with you, I hope you don't find out like I did.

.. They were very professional and handled the pets as if they were theirs. I am very pleased with k-9 Styles by Leslie and would recommend them to everyone.

It's very professional and clean. She knows how to do many different types of dog cuts. My dogs like going there.
