Mr. Gray was punctual and very professional. We were very satisfied with the work. Our refrigerator is running great. I would recommend him to my friends.

The only complaint I have is that he removed a part from the back of the fridge so when the bottom drawer of the fridge doesn't shut properly now. He was very nice and we were pleased about him being prompt honest and up front.

Gray s is kind of an upper end appliance center. The guy works on a solo basis and he is just great. He is a lovely man who will sit down and tell you exactly who he is and what he s done in the past. He kind of gives you first hand on what kind of person you are dealing with. He has repaired several things for me in the past as well. He is so good that the company Sub Zero actually wanted to hire him. The one thing I like most about him is that he does not charge you for things that he feels are unnecessary. You have to love that in a company.

I chose to work with Gray's because he specializes in sub zero freezers so I'm confident he knows exactly what he is doing. He is also very reliable when he says he's going to be there at a certain time he's there.

Gray s Appliance Service Center did a good job of repairing the burners on my stove. They are now working properly. The worker was here when promised. He was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to others.
