The crew arrived within the given time frame. They were extremely nice and very professional. I knew beforehand that we would have to have a few seams, but Fernando consulted with me as soon as they arrived about the best way to lay the new carpet in order to minimize these and we ended up with fewer than we'd expected. The seams are completely invisible. The crew were very careful with all of our furniture and everything was done just exactly as we wanted it. We did have to have them come back out to install a transition strip in a doorway where we hadn't had one before. I called early on the Friday morning after our installation and the strip was in place by 10:30AM! The new carpet is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased! And again, the crew was probably the nicest group of men we've yet had out to our home to do any kind of work for us, and we've had quite a bit done in the past two years. Very, very pleased with Don's Carpet One!

Very pleasant experience from sales to installation. Excellent product. Very pleased with installation. Only comment, I would have liked to have been called the day before and advised of the approximate time the installers would be arriving. I would use them again without reservation.

My plan was to remodel the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I originally went in the showroom to check out flooring not knowing that Don's carried cabinets also. I reviewed cabinets, flooring, tile and granite countertops. I returned later with a family member to review the selections. The staff was extremely helpful and spent quite a bit of time assisting me with my selections. During the remodeling process, they were in frequent contact me by telephone and by email. They scheduled the installation of cabinets, tile, floor, countertops. Everyone at Don's was great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Everything was done in a professional manner. Issues had to be dealt with such a cracked slab and a floor that was not level. Their products are quality and their installers do a good job.

I got estimates from several companies, including my local Don's store. The salesperson came over and measured and gave me a rough estimate. I then went to the showroom later to choose the tile. We looked at paint samples which included my exact wall color. We picked out tile that complimented it. I was very adamant that I needed the work done when I could work it into my schedule which they accommodated. The installer was so courteous and he finished sooner than promised!

Wonderful! The crew worked fast and promptly and the floors are beautiful!

The salesman helped me design the whole bathroom layout and the border. I brought in samples of our new vanity wood and granite and explained the look that I wanted. The flooring and shower turned out even better than I expected. My husband was a little disappointed at the tile work around the drain, but I think it turned out fine.

I had a very bad experience with Dons Carpet One. First, they seem to be too busy to take time with the customers and sit down and explain things. I'm the type of person that if I'm paying good money for something, I wanted to know everything about everything, and I felt that they just didn't take the time to answer any of my questions. I also had to call them a lot of times to come out because they were not there when they said they were going to be.

Our new carpet looks beautiful. Dons Carpet One was very helpful in picking out the carpet that would look best in our home and have the longest life. The installers were also great, there are no visible seams or anything and the carpet looks better than we expected.

Dons Carpet One did a really good job. They moved everything so we didn't have to lift a finger. There was a little extra cost for that, but it was well worth it. My daughter paid for it, so I couldn't tell how much the total cost was. They tore out the old carpeting and did a good clean up job. We were really happy with them.

Don's carpet does a very good job with carpeting. In the past when we have had our carpeting done we have had problems with corners coming up or seam lines coming apart. Since we have had our carpet installed by Don's we have had no problems at all.
