Initially, I was told by the owner that he was an expert in metal roofing when he was selling me the roof. He told me that the roof came with a warranty, which I have requested many times, but have never received. The new roof that his company installed LEAKED and Coverall has been unable to repair the leaks, despite repeated attempts. It got to where I was unable to get in touch with the owner or his roofer. Finally, the owner call and told me that this roofer "screwed him over" and promised to call the following week for ANOTHER attempt at repairing the NEW metal roof. He did not call me as promised. Because this leaky new roof is effecting my tenants, I was forced to hire and pay another roofer to repair Coverall's poor workmanship.
